1. Manage your cookie choices
Use the controls below to set preferences for this browser. Strictly necessary storage remains enabled because it is required to provide core site functionality and to remember your privacy choice. Optional categories are off unless you choose to enable them.
window.NewlyConsent and a newlyConsentChanged browser event. Non-essential scripts must be integrated to check that consent state before loading. This page does not falsely represent that a third-party tag is blocked unless the site integration actually honours the signal.2. Cookies and similar technologies
"Cookies" are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, software-development-kit identifiers, pixels, tags and device storage/access techniques. Privacy rules may apply to these technologies even where the information is not directly identifying.
3. Categories and purposes
| Category | Typical purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Security, authentication, requested functionality, load balancing and privacy preference storage. | Always on |
| Preferences / Functionality | Remember optional settings or interface preferences. | Off until selected where consent is required |
| Analytics | Measure site usage, performance and diagnostics. | Off until selected where consent is required |
| Marketing / Advertising | Advertising measurement, personalisation, targeted or cross-context activity where used. | Off until selected where consent is required |
The exact cookie names, providers and durations depend on the services deployed on the site at a given time. A production cookie inventory should be kept aligned with the actual tags and providers in use.
4. Consent and international rules
Where ePrivacy/PECR-style rules or similar laws apply, non-essential storage/access technologies are not activated until valid consent or another applicable legal exception is available. Consent should be freely given, specific, informed and capable of being withdrawn. Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent where the law permits because they are required for a service requested by the user or for essential security/functionality.
For users in Türkiye, cookie-related processing is also assessed under KVKK requirements. Where cookies process personal data, the lawful basis and transfer rules for that processing are addressed under our Privacy Policy and Data Protection information.
5. Third-party technologies
Some features may rely on third-party providers. A third party may set or access storage only if the relevant integration is active and permitted by your consent choice or another lawful basis. Third parties are responsible for their own privacy information, while NEWLY remains responsible for the obligations that apply to its own use and configuration of those services.
6. Global Privacy Control and browser signals
Where a qualifying opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) is legally required to be honoured, our preference logic can treat that signal as an opt-out from applicable marketing/advertising choices. A browser signal is not a substitute for every consent requirement, and its legal effect depends on the jurisdiction and processing activity.
7. Preference retention
This page stores your cookie-category choice in first-party browser storage and a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days, unless you clear browser data or withdraw your choice earlier. Individual third-party technologies, if enabled elsewhere on the site, may have different lifetimes that should be disclosed in the live cookie inventory.
8. Browser and device controls
You can also delete or block cookies using browser or device settings. Blocking all storage may prevent parts of a website from functioning correctly. Private browsing modes can reduce local persistence but do not necessarily prevent all network-based processing.
